Changes and Fixes Empty Changes and Fixes

This announcement is set to inform everyone of changes, and fixes that I add to this forum.

Changes:
New, Updated colors**
Background now has an image. Looks good with the current format.

Fixes: Moderators should now be able to moderate ANY forum, and subforum.

Now, This is where I put things I need to work on.

Changes: None (as of now)

Fixes: Need to add a chat.
